My order status

You can check the status of your order at any time from your user account, in the 'My Orders' section. If you purchased as a guest, use the tracking link you received by email.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact our customer service team.


Registration

Registering is very simple. Click the user icon at the top of the page and select 'Create account'. You only need your name, email address, and a password. Once registered, you can place orders faster and check your order history.


User login

Access your account from the user icon at the top of the page. Enter your email and password. If you have trouble logging in, you can reset your password using the 'Forgot password' option.


Password recovery

If you have forgotten your password, click on 'Forgot your password?' on the login page. Enter your email address and you will receive a link to create a new password.


Finance your purchases

We offer financing through Aplazame, Alma, and Klarna. You can split your purchases into convenient interest-free installments. Check the specific conditions of each provider during the checkout process.


I haven't received the confirmation email

Check the spam or junk mail folder in your inbox. If you can't find it, make sure the email address on your account is correct. You can also contact us and we'll resend it.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's page. You can also check the status from your user account.


My order hasn't arrived

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, check the shipping status with the tracking number. If you need more information, contact us with your order number and we'll help you locate it.


I received an incorrect product or an item is missing

We apologize for the inconvenience. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.


My order arrived damaged

If your order arrived damaged, take photos of the packaging and the affected product and send them to us along with your order number. Our team will handle the issue and offer you a solution as soon as possible.
